CALHOUN, IL – A 15-year-old teenager operating a Honda CRF250 dirt bike failed to stop at a stop sign at a Calhoun intersection and collided with a Ford F150 pickup truck, resulting in him suffering fatal injuries Monday. The collision took place at East Chestnut Street and South Jasper Street around 11:30 a.m. It was the driver of the truck who had the right of way. The truck driver, along with the three occupants, was unharmed. A 13-year-old teen who rode on the back of a dirt bike was transported to a hospital for injuries.
