Narrative
A bus-pedestrian crash left one dead at South Ashland Avenue and West 47th Street in Chicago around 2 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14th. Chicago Police said a man was crossing the street when he got hit by a CTA bus. The impact trapped the 28-year-old man under the bus, and he was extricated by emergency crews. He was taken to a hospital, where he later died. Officials did not reveal who had the right of way.
